- 1 recipe Homemade Lemonade (or 8 cups of your favorite lemonade)
- 4–5 ripe peaches
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint + extra for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare your homemade lemonade according to your favorite recipe or use store-bought lemonade.
- Wash and slice the peaches in half, removing the pits. Reserve about ¼ of the slices for garnish.
- Blend the remaining peach slices with one cup of prepared lemonade and one tablespoon of fresh mint until smooth.
- Combine the peach puree with the rest of the lemonade in a pitcher. Add reserved peach slices and lemon slices for garnish.
- Serve over ice or chill in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
