Ingredients
- 1 small lemon (thinly sliced)
- 1 large peach (thinly sliced, pit removed)
- 5–6 large strawberries (stems removed and thinly sliced)
- 6–8 Rainier cherries (pits removed and sliced in half)
- 1 bottle white grape juice
- 2 ounces additional white grape juice
- 2 ounces simple syrup (optional)
- 8 ounces soda water
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit by slicing the lemon, peach, strawberries, and halving the cherries.
- In a large pitcher, combine all sliced fruit.
- Pour both types of white grape juice over the fruit mixture. Add optional simple syrup for sweetness.
- Stir gently to combine flavors.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, stir in soda water for added fizz.
- Serve over ice with fruit pieces in each glass.
