- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- Sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit: Cut peaches, cucumber, and watermelon into small slices or cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- Blend the dressing: In a blender, combine avocado oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, basil leaves, mint leaves, sea salt, and black pepper. Blend until semi-smooth.
- Combine and serve: Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
