- 4 tablespoons softened plant-based butter
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter (for glaze)
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 3–4 tablespoons non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing softened plant-based butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rise until it doubles in size.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread with additional softened butter and peanut butter; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Layer thin banana slices on top and carefully roll up the dough; slice into individual rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise again before baking at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes.
- While cooling slightly, prepare the glaze by mixing peanut butter, confectioners sugar, and non-dairy milk until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls.
