- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 2–3 tablespoons pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
- Spread pesto sauce on each tortilla. Layer with sliced chicken, crispy turkey bacon, avocado, and mixed greens.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the fillings and slice in half.
