- 3/4 cup softened butter

- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup root beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin pans with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy in another bowl.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing in root beef broth extract and vanilla afterward.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients and root beef broth until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting.
