  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (for caramel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing in vanilla and sour cream until just combined.
  4. Pour filling over crust; bake in a water bath for 55-65 minutes until slightly jiggly in center. Cool inside the oven for one hour.
