- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
- Fresh parsley (chopped) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) with a cast-iron skillet inside.
- In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper; blend until smooth.
- Remove the hot skillet from the oven, add butter, and swirl to coat.
- Quickly pour the batter into the skillet; top with cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
