  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Reserved pasta water

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add shell pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Sear the Steak Bites: Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear steak bites until browned but tender inside. Set aside.
