Ingredients
- 12 oz steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add shell pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Sear the Steak Bites: Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear steak bites until browned but tender inside. Set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well. Use reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
- Serve It Up: Plate the creamy pasta first and top with savory steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
