Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for dipping
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt cream cheese and mix in sour cream and milk until smooth.
- Gradually add cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted.
- Fold in the cooked beef until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.
