Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef steak (sirloin or chuck)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 large potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Season beef steak pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Layer diced potatoes and onions at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Place seasoned steak on top of the potato mixture.
- Add corn over the steak layer.
- In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over all layers in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle with 1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Stir gently before serving and garnish as desired.
