- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast sweet potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, season steak pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear steak bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Combine roasted sweet potatoes in the skillet during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
