- 13.25-ounce box strawberry cake mix
- 12 ounces almond bark or pink melting wafers
- Optional: white chocolate and festive sprinkles
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add salt and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Gradually blend in the dry strawberry cake mix until the mixture forms a thick dough.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the almond bark or pink wafers until smooth.
- Scoop chilled dough into balls and dip each into melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
- Place on prepared parchment and add sprinkles if desired.
- Allow to set in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
