- 12 medium fresh strawberries

- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the strawberries, then cut off the tops and hollow out the insides carefully.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, beating until fluffy. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Fill each hollowed strawberry generously with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for added crunch.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to meld flavors.
