- 2 medium green apples
- 2 medium red apples
- ¾ cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup grapes
- 3 medium navel oranges
- 1 medium lemon (juiced)
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ¼ tsp apple pie spice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast the pecans on a baking sheet until fragrant.
- In a saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, apple pie spice, lemon zest, and orange zest over medium heat until slightly thickened. Allow to cool.
- Core and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces; toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Peel and chop the oranges into similar-sized chunks.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped apples, cranberries, toasted pecans, grapes, and oranges. Drizzle with cooled dressing and gently toss.
