Ingredients
- 1 loaf of sourdough bread
- 8 oz jalapeño pub cheese
- 16 oz marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Miniature turkey pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Hollow out the sourdough bread, leaving a 1-inch border for support.
- Cut the removed bread into rectangular pieces for dipping and bake them drizzled with olive oil and garlic powder for about 10 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix jalapeño pub cheese with one cup of mozzarella. Layer marinara sauce in the bread bowl, followed by the cheese mixture.
- Top with remaining mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and turkey pepperoni.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
