Ingredients
- Butter lettuce or Bibb lettuce
- 10 oz canned albacore tuna
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely diced celery
- 2 tbsp finely diced red onion, rinsed
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Drain the tuna and place it in a large bowl. Use a fork to gently break it up.
- Add mayonnaise, diced celery, rinsed red onion, whole grain mustard, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Arrange butter lettuce leaves on a plate. Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the tuna mixture into each leaf.
- Garnish with additional parsley if desired and serve immediately.
