Ingredients
- 2 white onions (sliced into 1/4 inch thick rings)
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- Salt (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Paprika (to taste)
- Italian seasoning (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded parmesan on the parchment paper for each onion ring.
- Layer an onion slice on top of each cheese mold and add another tablespoon of parmesan over each ring.
- Gently press down each onion ring with the back of a spoon to flatten slightly.
- Season with salt, garlic powder, and paprika to taste.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- Allow cooling for 10–15 minutes before serving.
