Ingredients
- ½ large seedless watermelon
- 4 ounces feta cheese (crumbled)
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves (about 10)
- 2–4 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into one-inch cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- Chop the basil leaves into ribbons and sprinkle them over the watermelon.
- Add crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving to keep it fresh.
