Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook each patty for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let patties rest for a few minutes before serving on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
